SpySeller is operated by Airscarp LLC. We publish educational articles, seller questions and answers, checklists, and free tools for Etsy sellers. This policy sets the standards for publishing and correcting those resources.
Authors and responsibility
Articles carry a named byline and link to an author profile with the contributor’s role, writing topics, published articles, and professional links. Writing about a topic does not establish a professional license or certification. We identify the source of a claim instead of treating a byline as proof.
Sources and practical examples
Marketplace rules, fees, and product restrictions should be checked against Etsy’s own documentation. Legal, tax, and safety requirements should be checked against the relevant government or regulator. We link readers to supporting sources in the article where available. Examples, estimates, and generated suggestions should be treated as illustrations unless an article explicitly documents a real test and its method.

Dates and updates
Article pages show their publication date and a separate updated date when the content record includes a later change. These dates describe the record; they do not mean every linked policy, fee, or rule has been rechecked on that date. Check the original source and your country and account settings before acting on time-sensitive information.
Corrections
To report an error, email hello@spyseller.com with the page URL, the statement that needs correction, and a supporting source if available. We review reports and update the affected resource when a correction is warranted. Material corrections should explain the change on the affected page. Our contact form opens an email draft; you must send it from your email application.
Questions and answers
Question pages distinguish the person asking from the contributor answering. Anonymous questions remain anonymous. Answers are general guidance, may describe a specific situation, and should not be read as statements from Etsy. New questions are sent by email for review and are not published automatically.
Tools and generated output
Calculators use the inputs and assumptions shown in the tool. Some generators process your inputs through the SpySeller tools API and can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Generated text is a draft for you to check and adapt. Tool output does not establish legal compliance, keyword demand, marketplace approval, or a guaranteed sales result. SpySeller is independent of Etsy, Inc. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.; Etsy does not endorse these resources. Product mentions and external links do not imply a partnership. Any paid placement or affiliate relationship must be disclosed next to the relevant recommendation.
