I send a saved reply with Etsy’s steps for finding and downloading digital files, but many of these buyers seem to have checked out as a guest or used a different email, and they still can’t locate their files.
Is there a better process for handling these cases—like clearer listing instructions, an automated message, or a workflow for verifying access—so customers can reliably download their purchase without a lot of back-and-forth?
