• • No answers yet I sell postcards on Etsy and ship them in a standard envelope. Lately, some orders are taking weeks to get delivered even when the destination is only a few states away.
I’ve been messaging the buyer with updates and they’ve been understanding, but I’m not sure what the best process is when the delay is clearly with the mail carrier. Should I proactively offer a discount or replacement, and at what point do you consider an order officially lost and resend or refund?
