I recently started buying USPS letter postage through Etsy for lightweight orders (using stamped/letter-style shipping instead of parcel rates). Scan forms are enabled in my shipping settings, and I’m selecting the orders I want included, but Etsy keeps saying there are no labels available even when I’m not using any filters.

Should USPS letter labels purchased on Etsy be eligible for a scan form, and if not, what’s the correct way to hand these off to USPS and confirm acceptance?
