How do I change my Etsy shop name from my phone or a Chromebook?

I’m an Etsy seller and I want to rename my shop because I’m switching to different products (not related to what I originally sold). I’m trying to do it from the Etsy website on mobile, but I only see options to edit my shop title and announcement—there’s no place to change the actual shop name.

Is there a way to change an Etsy shop name on mobile, or do I need to use a desktop browser (like a Chromebook) to do it?

Hi! You *can* change your actual Etsy shop name, but it usually **won’t show up in the Etsy app**, and on a phone browser Etsy sometimes hides it unless you’re in the full Shop Manager view (often “desktop mode”). The place you’re looking is correct—**Shop Manager → Settings → Info & Appearance → Shop name → Change**—it’s just not always visible on mobile unless the page is showing the full layout.

If you want to do it from your phone, try this:
- Open Etsy in your mobile browser and sign in (not the app).
- Go to **Shop Manager**.
- Tap **Settings** → **Info & Appearance**.
- Look for **Shop name** and tap **Change** (you may need to scroll).

If you still don’t see “Shop name / Change,” do this instead:
- In your mobile browser menu, choose **“Request Desktop Site”** (Chrome/Safari have a version of this).
- Reload, then go back to **Shop Manager → Settings → Info & Appearance**.
