How do I find which Etsy listing was featured and where it’s shown?

I got a notification saying Etsy chose one of my listings to feature, but I can’t tell which item it was or where it’s being displayed.

Where in Shop Manager (or the Etsy app) can I see which listing was featured, what placement it’s in (homepage, search, emails, etc.), and whether it’s still active?

Hi! Unfortunately, Etsy doesn’t give sellers a reliable “feature details” screen that shows which Etsy listing was featured, exact placement (homepage vs email vs search module), or how long it will run—most of those merchandising placements are not visible in Shop Manager, and that push notification is often vague (and sometimes even delayed).

Here’s what you can do to figure it out as closely as possible:

  1. Check the original notification (before it disappears)
  • Etsy Seller app: tap the bell/Notifications area and open the exact notification (don’t just tap the phone pop-up). Sometimes it will open a specific listing; other times it won’t.
  • Regular Etsy shopper app: also check notifications there (sometimes the seller app notification doesn’t show much, but the shopper-side one does).
  1. Search your Etsy emails (this is usually the only “proof”)
If it was an email feature (like an Etsy Finds-style email), Etsy often sends something to the account email.
  • Search your inbox for: “featured”, “Etsy Finds”, “picked”, “Etsy’s Pick”, or “selected”
  • Also check Promotions/Spam folders.
If you find an email, it usually includes the listing (or at least a direct path to it).
  1. Look for a badge on the listing (some “features” show as a badge)
Open your listings and check whether any have a visible badge like “Etsy’s Pick” (shown to shoppers in some places like search/listing pages). If your notification was about a badge-type selection, this is the clearest way to identify the item.

  2. Use Stats to infer which listing got extra exposure (best workaround)
In Shop Manager → Stats, switch your date range to Today / Last 7 days, then:

  • Look for an unusual spike in Etsy app & other Etsy pages / Etsy Search traffic.
  • Click into Listing stats and sort mentally by “which listing suddenly jumped.”
This won’t tell you “homepage” vs “email,” but it usually reveals which item got the boost.
  1. Can you see whether it’s still active?
Etsy generally doesn’t show “feature active/expired.” The practical way is:
  • Watch that listing’s views/favorites in Stats over the next day or two.
  • If it drops back to normal, the placement likely ended (many are short-lived).

If you tell me what the notification wording said (just the text—no screenshots with personal info), I can help you narrow down whether it sounds like an Etsy’s Pick badge, an Etsy marketing email, or a more generic “Etsy feature” message.
