I use Etsy Marketplace Insights and it used to refresh with a set number of free uses each week. Since last week, my free balance hasn’t updated, and it’s stuck with only a couple remaining.

  • Make sure you’re using the right place/version: Marketplace Insights is available on desktop and mobile web, not the Etsy Seller app. Go through Shop Manager → Stats → Marketplace Insights on a browser.
  • Confirm you’re logged into the right Etsy account/shop: The quota follows the account, so if you have multiple shops under one login, the free searches may be shared.
  • Give it a full rolling week (don’t rely on “Monday reset”): Etsy doesn’t clearly promise a specific reset day/time, so if you used searches “late” last week, your refresh may effectively happen 7 days after you used them (depending on how Etsy counts the week on your account).
  • Rule out a browser/session glitch: Try an incognito/private window, a different browser/device, log out/in, clear cookies/cache, and temporarily disable ad blockers or browser extensions (they can break the counter display).
