How do I change my return/shipping label address on Etsy after moving?

Hi! To fix the return address on Etsy shipping labels, update your Shipping From address in Shop Manager → Settings → Shipping settings → Shipping label options. Save it, and any new Etsy shipping label you buy should print with the new return/shipping-from address (and it’ll also be the address Etsy uses for USPS pickup requests).

A couple extra “after moving” updates you’ll want to check:

• Per-label check (quick fix): When you go to buy a label (Orders → “Get labels”), look for Shipping from and click Edit if it’s still showing the old address.
• Already-purchased labels: If you already bought a label with the wrong return address, you generally can’t edit that label after the fact—most sellers cancel/refund the unused label (if eligible) and purchase a new one after updating the Shipping From address.
• Shop location (what buyers see): Update your shop’s public location in Shop Manager (edit shop/pencil icon near your shop name). This is for local search/“ships from” style display, not the label return address.
• Public profile location (optional): If you show your city on your Etsy profile, update that in Account settings → Public profile.
• Legal/tax address (important): If you use Etsy Payments, review Shop Manager → Finances (or Payment settings) → Legal and tax information and make sure your address is current there too (this is separate from shipping label settings).
