Can Etsy shop names only be changed on desktop, and if so, where in Shop Manager do I go to update it?

Hi! You’re not missing it — the Etsy Seller app usually doesn’t let you change your Etsy shop name. To rename your shop, you’ll need to use Etsy in a web browser (desktop is easiest, but a mobile browser can work too if you switch to the desktop site view).
On desktop, the path is:
- Etsy.com → Shop Manager
- Settings
- Info & Appearance
- Shop name (you should see an option to edit/change it there)
A couple quick notes as you rebrand: Etsy limits how often you can change a shop name, and once you update it your shop link/URL updates to match (Etsy typically keeps the old link working for a while so people can still find you). If you don’t see the edit option in Info & Appearance, it can be because the shop isn’t fully open yet or you’ve already used your allowed name changes and Etsy requires contacting support for another change.
